Create a meeting with your agenda items. During the meeting, AgendaPilot listens to the conversation (via speech recognition or manual input) and automatically detects when agenda items are being discussed.
Yes! Speech recognition works on supported browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari) and in Expo Go on mobile devices. Just tap the microphone to start hands-free transcription.
You can always type or paste transcript text manually. Some browsers or devices may have limited speech recognition support.
On the meeting details screen or in your history, tap the star icon to save important meetings for quick access later.

Yes! Pro subscribers can copy meeting summaries with CRAID tables, agreements, and action items in a plain-text format ready for sharing.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
Basic subscribers have 90-day meeting history retention. Pro subscribers have extended retention. You can delete your account and all data at any time.
Yes! Go to Account settings to export all your meeting data as a downloadable file.
Check your spam folder. If you still don't see it, try requesting a new magic link. Links expire after 15 minutes.
Make sure your agenda items contain keywords that match the conversation. You can also adjust the keywords on each agenda item for better detection.
