Description of Service

AgendaPilot is a meeting productivity application that provides:

• Real-time agenda tracking during meetings
• Speech recognition for hands-free transcription
• AI-powered coaching and suggestions (Pro tier)
• Meeting history and analytics

User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

Subscription Plans

Basic Plan ($2.99/month):

• Agenda tracking with keyword detection
• Real-time notifications
• Meeting summaries
• 90-day meeting history

Pro Plan ($5.00/month):

• All Basic features
• AI transition suggestions
• Probing questions
• Drift detection
• CRAID log generation
• Mind map visualization
• Extended history retention

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• No refunds for partial months

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' access to the service
• Upload malicious content or code
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create using AgendaPilot, including meeting notes, transcripts, and agenda items. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

AgendaPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgendaPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
